I listen to the book in the morning as I ride my exercise bike. Yesterday I had a chiropractor apt. I did not have time to work out first so I listened while driving and while at the chiropractor. I also did karate before going home. I mention this only to say that took 5 hours out of my day and I still had a productive day. I spent time learning more about building websites… I was signing up for an affiliate site and they asked for a company name. I did not have one so I thought about it for a while. All the names I thought of, the domain names were already taken so I had to keep thinking of different names. It came to a point where I started to think of company names using my last name, Phelps. I was reluctant at first but then I realized I had started dreaming of my last name, Phelps, being well known. I was feeling proud. I was feeling! I was feeling proud. One of my goals is to get in touch with my emotions, the book is working!
My new company name is Marketing with Phelps, I bought the domain name MarketingwithPhelps.com
It was great to realize the book was working because, one of the topics I listened to today was about letting go of the past… forgiving. I have an ex-wife and an ex-partner, in Real Estate, that I struggle with forgiving completely. I have to say, as I was listening, my thoughts were, I’ll work on this the next time I go through the book. I was a little concerned that I may miss some of the benefits of the book not working on this now. That may be true, but I now know I am still benefiting from what I’m learning from the book. And I know my subconscious is working on it now, and when I come back to this I will be ready. I’m looking forward to the next time I go through the book. Where will I be in my journey, what will I learn next?
